My name is Zengyan Sun, founder of Ziwen Immigration Inc., a Canadian immigration consulting firm based in Victoria, British Columbia.
I have worked in immigration and international education since 2005. In 2009, I founded Liaoning Ziwen Overseas Education & Immigration Services Co., Ltd. in China, where I supported students and immigrant families for more than a decade. The name Ziwen carries personal meaning to me, and I've always run this business with the same care one gives to something deeply personal — to cherish it, protect it, and never let it engage in anything that would compromise its integrity.
I hold a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen's University and am licensed as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), with additional authorization — RCIC-IRB — to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). I am also an Associate Member of the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia (STIBC) and hold Mandarin-English CILISAT certification for community interpreting.
My background spans immigration, education, cross-cultural communication, psychology, and traditional Chinese medicine — allowing me to understand clients not only as applicants, but as individuals navigating one of the most important transitions of their lives.
